The Role

We're hiring an SEO Manager to own and drive organic growth across our client portfolio. You won't be doing keyword stuffing or writing meta descriptions all day. You'll be building SEO strategies that directly impact lead generation and revenue for our clients.

You'll work closely with our content team, performance marketing team, and client success team. You'll also be expected to leverage AI tools to scale content production and analysis we're an AI-first agency and expect every team member to think this way.


What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end SEO strategy for assigned client accounts (on-page, off-page, technical)
  • Conduct keyword research focused on commercial intent and lead generation — not vanity traffic
  • Build and execute content strategies that drive organic leads, not just organic sessions
  • Perform technical SEO audits and work with the dev team to fix issues (crawlability, site speed, indexation, schema markup, Core Web Vitals)
  • Manage on-page optimization: title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, content structure
  • Build and execute link-building strategies (ethical, white-hat only)
  • Set up and manage SEO tracking: Google Search Console, GA4, rank trackers, custom dashboards
  • Deliver monthly SEO reports to clients with clear narrative — not just data dumps
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Surfer, etc.) for content briefs, topic clustering, and analysis at scale
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized content that actually ranks
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategies
  • Identify and pitch SEO upsell opportunities to existing clients


Must-Have Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of ranking pages and driving organic traffic growth
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge (site audits, schema, Core Web Vitals, crawl budget)
  • Proficiency with: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog
  • Experience building content strategies from keyword research to published content
  • Ability to write clear, data-backed SEO reports that clients actually understand
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content and analysis workflows
  • Strong communication in English (written and verbal) — you'll interact with clients directly


Good-to-Have

  • Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of programmatic SEO
  • Experience handling international SEO (especially for North American market)
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS) — we're a lead gen agency, not a branding one
  • Experience with CMS platforms beyond WordPress (Webflow, Shopify)
  • Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications
